Quality audit / rating / control

The aim of the quality audit, in the realm of seafood or any other foodstuff, is to evaluate and rate the manufacturer’s quality management system and the production process depending on common food standards like BRC or IFS and internal specifications. The customer will receive a detailed audit report including an action plan at the end of the audit.

During the audit we can check the whole production process, or only parts of it depending on the company’s request and the focus of different problems (e.g. foreign bodies entry, hygiene).

Producer rating
We also provide a producer rating service which uses a set of critical points to determine in the shortest possible time if the quality specifications have been met.

Process Quality Control
We monitor all of the steps in the production process. In case of irregularities our staff will immediately initiate suitable corrective actions and consult the client.
